How do I make a Goodbye 2026 recap?

Pick 6 to 12 photos from your year, choose a style and type a short line like "12 trips, 1 new puppy". About 5 minutes later you get 4 vertical recap posters, each with a different layout, ready for TikTok, Instagram Stories or Reels.

Is this like the Spotify or Instagram recap?

Similar idea, but it's made from your own photos instead of your listening or app data, and you choose the photos, the style and the line of text.

Do I need an account?

No. You can add photos and pick a style without signing up, then enter your email at checkout. We email your posters and a sign-in link. You can also continue with Google.

How much does it cost?

2 recaps (8 posters) for $4.99, 5 recaps (20 posters) for $9.99, or 12 recaps (48 posters) for $19.99. You pay once; it's not a subscription. The posters are yours to post, print or send.

Do you keep my photos or train AI on them?

No. Your photos are only used to make your recap and aren't used to train AI. Uploaded photos are deleted after 7 days, and you can delete your posters anytime in My recaps.

What if a poster looks wrong?

The AI keeps the people from your photos and only restyles the layout, light and colors, but now and then a face or a word can come out off. Email {supportEmail} and we refund that recap. If a recap fails, it comes back to your balance automatically.

What goes into a 2026 recap

A 2026 recap is your year told in photos: the trip, the concert, the new job, the dog, the friends. Pick 6 to 12 of them and the recap maker lays them out on one vertical poster with GOODBYE 2026 on top and one line you write, like "The year I finally moved".

The photos stay yours: same faces, same places. The AI only matches the colors and light and does the layout, so the poster looks designed instead of pasted together.

Posting your recap

Every recap is 4 posters with different layouts. Use 9:16 for TikTok, Reels and Stories, or 4:5 for an Instagram feed post. Post one, or all 4 as a carousel.

All 7 styles, from Golden Night to Cartoon Recap, are on the Goodbye 2026 recap maker.
